About Patent Attorney Tom Galvani

Tom is a patent attorney based in Phoenix, Arizona, who focuses on patent and trademark procurement.  He represents clients in all matters of subject areas and has a special interest for outdoor and endurance sports clients.

Tom graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a degree in engineering and then from the University of Arizona College of Law, where he was an editor of the Arizona Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and also by the United States Patent Office to procure and litigate patents. Before private practice, Tom was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Susan A. Ehrlich at the Arizona Court of Appeals.  Tom was a past member of the Young Lawyer’s Division and is a current member of the Intellectual Property Section of the Arizona Bar.  Tom served as a Member-At-Large of YLD and as its IP Section Liaison for the 2011-2013 term.  Tom has lectured at several educational institutions in Phoenix and has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star several years.

Tom offers patent, trademark, and copyright solutions to independent inventors, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.  He operates a solo practice through Endurance Patents to prove that an attorney’s caliber and cost need not have a direct relationship.  His practice is less expensive, more transparent, and more responsive than many other firms.

When away from work, he spends most of his time with his family, dogs, and cats, and in training.  He is an avid triathlete and multiple Ironman finisher.

When you call, you’ll immediately speak with Tom, not a receptionist or associate unfamiliar with your case.  He will always return your call.  Though he was educated on the West Coast, he kept his heart and manners from his Kansas youth.
